POL-MOT was created in 1968 as the monopolist in the field of foreign trade in the motorozation branch. In 1990-1996 the privatization process took place in the company, as well as widening the scope of activities to completely new fields of economy. At present the capital group POL-MOT Holding j.s.c. consists of 13 companies, working in the following areas of economy:

• POL-MOT Auto company – dealer of Skoda, Peugeot, Fiat, Opel, Chevrolet, ZX Auto cars
• Viamot company – dealer of Fiat, Hyundai, Alfa Romeo, Lancia & Iveco cars
